Returns
Our company, 1468052 B.C. LTD, including ROCKYRICKY.CA (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), allows returns and refunds within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product remains unused and in its original packaging. Products that have been installed or tested on-site are not eligible for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty
For products sold by our company, all metal frames, installation hardware, hydraulic struts, brackets, guide rails, and crossbars are covered by a one-year warranty. Textile materials, zippers, mesh screens, and similar components are not covered under the warranty, but we may assist with repairs.
Disclaimer
- Damage caused by exceeding the product's specified weight limit or improper use is not covered under the warranty.
- Damage caused by extreme weather conditions or other force majeure events is not covered under the warranty.
- Our company is not liable for damage resulting from self-disassembly, modification, or improper reassembly of the product, nor for any related property damage.
- Users are responsible for regularly checking and securing screws and ensuring the safe condition of the product. Proper and safe use of the product is the user’s responsibility.
- Users are responsible for the safe use of tents. When using heating devices inside a tent, a carbon monoxide detector must be used. Open flames and smoking inside the tent are strictly prohibited to prevent fire hazards.
- Users should avoid using rooftop tents or other height-related products while under the influence of alcohol or medication. The user is responsible for their own safety, as well as the safety of children and pets when using the product.
